Northern Drylining Ltd was formed in early 2018 and in less than a year has grown to become one of the North West's leading interiors contractors, working for several national house builders and providing bespoke fit out to main contractors across the U.K.
Managing Director - Neil Palmer
Neil originally completed a indentured apprenticeship in the late 1970's and has since worked for several plastering contractors across the North as well as undertaking several contracts of his own. Neils day to day role is overseeing labor provision across sites and quality control during the finishing stages of projects.
Commercial Director - Craig Palmer
Acting in the role of Commercial Director, Craig brings 17 years of experience within the commercial and residential interiors sectors. Having originally completed a traditional Plastering apprenticeship Craig has worked in a wide variety of roles such as site manager, contracts manager for a national fit out company. In his current role Craig provides the following services. ·
Budgeting, Estimating and Cost planning.
· Preparation and pricing of contract quotations
· Value engineering
· Specification writing
· Site measurements
· Preparing labour and material schedules
· Producing monthly applications
· Pricing and agreeing variations
· Agreeing Final accounts
· Cost / Value reconciliations
· Verifying subcontractor applications
· Negotiating supplier material rates
